Pulsar High Level Switch (79840) is a critical safety component designed for flood prevention and system shutdown, it is located inside the lower assembly/hopper at a designated height. If the water level rises too high—usually due to a clogged drain, a stuck solenoid valve, or a failure in the discharge system—the water lifts this float switch, which immediately sends a signal to the main control box to cut off power to the water spray mechanism and close the internal water supply line, preventing a chemical spill or flooding.
